Crash alert: Vehicle flips in Omaha
OMAHA, NE – An accident in Omaha Wednesday morning left a woman hospitalized in critical condition, ketv.com reports.
According to police, a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Briana B. Odle flipped over and landed in a construction zone.
It happened near 82nd Street and Crown Point Avenue. Police said Odle was driving the wrong way and went through a barricade, around some construction equipment and hit a mound of dirt before her vehicle flipped upside down. Investigators are looking into whether high speed and alcohol use contributed to the crash.
Odle was taken to the hospital with a neck injury. The vehicle was towed away.
