Crash alert: Car and tractor-trailer collide near Sidney
SIDNEY, NE – Authorities responded to a crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer north of Sidney on Tuesday. News Channel Nebraska reported the accident happened at about 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Road 111 and Road 32.
A Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV collided with a semi operated by Adams Trucking. There were no fatalities in the accident, according to the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office. At least one person was taken to a hospital by helicopter.
Crews were still clearing wreckage from the scene at about 5 p.m. Both vehicles had sustained significant damage.
