Crash alert: Fatal collision involving motorcycle, pickup
LINCOLN, NE – A Nebraska man died Friday night in accident involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck, the Omaha World-Herald reported.
The incident was reported shortly before 9:45 p.m. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said 23-year-old Alexander Heiser of North Platte was driving a motorcycle east on US 30 when he collided with the pickup as it was pulling onto the highway from Game Trail Road. Heiser was unable to avoid the collision, authorities said.
Heiser, of North Platte, was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead after being taken to Great Plains Health. The pickup driver was not hurt.
