Crash alert: Man suspected of DUI in Highway 75 accident
NEBRASKA CITY, NE – A man is facing a DUI charge in connection with an accident last month near Nebraska City, News Channel Nebraska reported.
The June 24 crash on Highway 75 involved three cars. One of the vehicles was found facing north in the southbound lanes of the roadway. Authorities say the driver was 43-year-old Justin Miller of Melbourne, Iowa.
He is suspected of having been driving under the influence and has been arrested. The accident was investigated by the Nebraska State Patrol and Nebraska City police.
