Crash alert: Person hit by train hospitalized in Omaha
OMAHA, NE – A person was taken to an Omaha hospital after being struck by a train late Monday night, WOWT reported.
First responders were dispatched at about 10:40 p.m. to the Union Pacific Railroad tracks on the south side of Council Bluffs in western Iowa.
The injured person was taken by ambulance to Nebraska Medical Center and was listed in critical condition.
