Crash alert: Pickup truck and SUV collide in Plattsmouth
PLATTSMOUTH, NE – A driver was cited following an accident involving two vehicles in Plattsmouth on Wednesday. News Channel Nebraska reports it happened at the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Horning Road.
40-year-old Garcia Cruz-Lopez of Omaha was driving a Ford F150 pickup when it collided with a Jeep Wrangler SUV that was being driven by 57-year-old Wayne Fleming of Plattsmouth.
The Cass County Sheriff says both drivers were treated at the scene for minor injuries and released.
A citation was issued to Cruz-Lopez for failure to yield and no operator’s license.
