Crash alert: Collision on Highway 81 leaves drivers injured
MADISON, NE – Two drivers were injured when their vehicles collided in Madison County Monday afternoon.
The Norfolk Daily News reported police and emergency crews responded to the scene at about 3:45 p.m. on Highway 81 at the intersection with Industrial Parkway south of Madison.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a 31-year-old Madison resident, was hospitalized at Faith Regional Health Services. The other driver escaped with minor injuries and was released from the scene.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident.
