Crash alert: Stanton woman hurt in pickup rollover accident
STANTON, NE – A woman was rushed to the hospital after her pickup truck crashed in eastern Nebraska Tuesday morning.
The Norfolk Daily News reported that 37-year-old Adriana Pinkston was driving west on Highway 32, about 7.5 miles east of Madison, when the pickup went off the roadway. Authorities say the vehicle went into a ditch and then rolled onto its top at the bottom of a ravine.
Pinkston was severely injured and was taken to Faith Regional Health Services. Investigators said the use of seat belts helped prevent the crash from being fatal.
The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office and the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
