Crash alert: Driver dies after SUV spins out of control, hits wall in North Omaha
OMAHA, NE – Police say a driver died in a crash after losing control of her vehicle in Omaha over the weekend.
According to the Omaha World-Herald, the victim was identified as 40-year-old Angela S. Davis of Omaha. The accident happened in the area of Martin Avenue and 34th Street at about 4 a.m. Saturday morning.
Investigators said Davis was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe when the SUV hit a storm drain and she lost control of the vehicle, which slammed into a retaining wall. Davis was partially ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
Omaha police are investigating the crash.
