STANTON COUNTY, NE – Authorities say a woman crashed while trying to pass a snowplow on a roadway in northeast Nebraska last weekend.
According to News Channel Nebraska, deputies responded to the scene on Highway 275 west of Norfolk in Stanton County on Saturday morning. The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office said the driver lost control while attempting to pass a plow from the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
The car crashed into a snow embankment, and the driver was transported to an area hospital to be treated for her injuries. No details on her condition were immediately released.
The sheriff’s office said she was not restrained at the time the accident occurred.
