Crash alert: DUI charge against driver involved in fatal Omaha wreck
OMAHA, NE – The driver involved in a fatal crash in Omaha last week is now charged with motor vehicle homicide DUI, WOWT reports.

28-year-old John Caillau of Omaha remained in jail on a $300,000 bond, court documents showed. Authorities said he was intoxicated last Friday when he was driving a Chevy Equinox and sideswiped a Toyota Camry at the intersection of West Dodge Street and North 90th Road shortly after 4 a.m.
The Toyota driver, 63-year-old James Yungbluth of Waterloo, Nebraska, was pronounced dead at the scene. Caillau was seriously injured and taken to Bergan Mercy ER, then was arrested and jailed following his release from the hospital.
