Crash alert: 7 taken to hospital following Dawson County rollover crash
COZAD, NE – Seven juveniles were taken to a hospital following a crash in Dawson County last week, KHGI reports.
The incident occurred Wednesday on Road 420 between Roads 762 and 763 near Cozad at about 5:20 p.m.
According to the Dawson County Sheriff, a driver lost control of a vehicle on Road 420 and ended up in a ditch. The vehicle then re-entered the roadway and rolled over. The seven juveniles were taken to Cozad Community Hospital, where four of them were treated and released.
Two of the injured were later taken to CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, while another injury victim was sent to Bryan Health in Lincoln. No information was released on their conditions.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
