Crash alert: Pickup driver killed in collision involving Mack truck in Blair

BLAIR, NE – A woman was killed when her pickup truck was involved in a collision involving a Mack truck in Washington County Tuesday morning, reports WOWT.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 91 and County Road 15 in Blair at about 10 a.m. According to the Washington County’s Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Shannon Marie Musick of Lincoln was driving a Toyota Tacoma pickup north on County Road 15 when she failed to stop at a stop sign. The Tacoma hit the rear wheels of a side dump trailer that was being pulled by a Mack truck on Highway 91.

Musick was pronounced dead after being taken to the Blair Hospital. The driver of the Mack truck was not injured.
