Crash alert: Head-on collision in Butler County kills both drivers
BUTLER COUNTY, NE – A collision in Butler County Tuesday afternoon left both drivers dead, authorities said.
According to a report by KOLN, the vehicles crashed head-on on Highway 64 east of Bellwood at about 3 p.m. No details were immediately released on what led to the wreck.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said the two drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names were not released, but both were reported to be Butler County residents. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
