Crash alert: Man arrested on DUI charge following fatal crash in Omaha
OMAHA, NE – A man is under arrest after he was involved in a fatal crash in Omaha last week, KETV reports.

The accident happened March 31 at 192nd Street and F Street, where 22-year-old Zachary Paulison of Omaha was driving a Ford F-250 pickup truck that collided with a Nissan Armada SUV. Two women in the Nissan were pronounced dead at the scene, 37-year-old Sara Zimmerman and 38-year-old Amanda Schook. Both were from Gretna, Nebraska. Zimmerman was eight months pregnant and was a Douglas County Corrections worker. Paulison was hospitalized with back and chest fractures.
Paulison was arrested on Wednesday and charged with motor vehicle homicide – DUI and motor vehicle homicide – death of unborn child.
Prosecutors said he may have been driving up to 104 miles an hour just prior to the crash. His blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.16, and court documents said he had several alcoholic drinks at two bars before driving. Paulison was booked into the Sarpy County Jail following his arrest.
