Crash Alert: Crash in NW Omaha kills motorcyclist
OMAHA, NB – According to 1110 KFAB News Radio, a 41-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash in NW Omaha on Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say the crash took place shortly before 12:30 p.m. near the intersection of 132nd Street and West Maple Road. The motorcyclist was riding a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle northbound on 132nd Street when he collided with the driver’s side of an Acura TSX that was crossing 132nd from east to west.
The motorcyclist was transported to Bergan Mercy for treatment following the accident, where he was later pronounced dead. The driver of the Acura was not injured in the crash.
Police continue to investigate this incident.
