Crash Alert: 2 injured in crash on 37th St in Omaha
OMAHA, NE – According to KETV News, two people were injured in a crash on 37th Street in Omaha on Saturday night.
Authorities say the crash took place around 11:00 p.m. near the intersection of 37th Street and Center Street when a driver crashed into a nearby wooden pole, splitting the car down the middle. The car then crashed into a metal pole before coming to a stop.
The driver and a passenger of the vehicle involved both sustained serious injuries in the accident and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Speed, alcohol, and drugs are all being considered as factors in this incident. An investigation is ongoing.
