Crash Alert: Motorcyclist critically injured in crash in East Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – According to 1011Now News, a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in East Lincoln on Tuesday.
Authorities say the crash took place shortly after 12:00 p.m. at the intersection of Russwood Parkway and O Street. A motorcyclist was traveling westbound on O Street when he collided with a Ford Explorer attempting to turn north onto Russwood Parkway from O Street.
The 24-year-old motorcyclist sustained serious, life-threatening injuries in the collision and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the Ford sustained less-serious injuries in the impact and was also transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
No other details are available at this time. Police continue to investigate.
