Crash Alert: Motorcyclist killed in early morning crash in Sarpy County
OMAHA, NE – KMTV3 News Now reports that a motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Sarpy County early Friday morning.
Authorities say the accident took place shortly before 7:00 a.m. on Platteview Road near 36th Street when a driver of a Ford F-350 driving west on Platteview Road struck a motorcyclist traveling east.
The motorcyclist, 54-year-old Allen Patton, was killed in the impact and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford was uninjured.
Police continue to investigate this incident.
