Crash Alert: 1 injured in head-on accident near Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – According to KLKN News, one person was injured in a head-on collision involving a car and a dump truck near Lincoln on Wednesday.
Authorities say the collision took place shortly before 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of South 38th Street and Saltillo Road when the driver of the car involved crossed the center line of the roadway and struck a dump truck head-on.
The driver of the car sustained serious injuries in the collision while the driver of the dump truck was uninjured.
Police continue to investigate.
