Crash Alert: 1 injured in accident on I-180 in Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – According to KLIN News Radio, one person was injured in a crash that took place on I-180 in Lincoln on Thursday morning.
Authorities say the crash occurred shortly after 7:00 a.m. at Superior Street when a driver of a pickup truck was traveling east on Superior, attempting to turn left onto I-180. Mid-turn, the driver of the pickup truck struck a driver in a westbound vehicle.
The pickup truck rolled over following the impact, landing on the vehicle’s driver side. The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
An investigation is ongoing. No other details are available at this time.
