OMAHA, NE – According to KETV News, a teenager on a scooter was injured in a hit-and-run crash with a car in Omaha on Thursday.
The collision took place shortly before 2:00 p.m. near the intersection of 43rd Street and Ohio Street. Authorities believe that the crash occurred when the teenager on the scooter failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a car.
The teenager sustained serious injuries in the impact. The driver fled the scene.
