Crash Alert: Motorcyclist struck, killed by driver in Omaha
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT News, a motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a driver on Saddle Creek Road in Omaha on Monday.
Authorities say the accident took place around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Saddle Creek Road and Hamilton Street. The motorcyclist was traveling west on Saddle Creek Road when his bike was struck by a driver of a Jeep who was heading east on Hamilton.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in the impact and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died while in surgery. The driver of the Jeep remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators following the collision.
