Crash Alert: Rollover crash near Beaver Lake injures 1
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT News, one woman was seriously injured after being involved in a rollover crash near Beaver Lake on Thursday.
Authorities say the single-vehicle accident took place on 27th Avenue just south of Beaver Lake. A female driver of a Honda Fit was traveling southbound on 27th Avenue when she failed to control the vehicle, struck an embankment, and the car rolled over.
First responders say the driver was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle in the impact. She sustained serious injuries in the accident and was airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
