Crash Alert: 1 injured in accident in downtown Omaha
OMAHA, NE – According to KETV News, one person was injured in a two-vehicle accident that took place in downtown Omaha over the weekend.
Authorities say the crash took place shortly before 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, near the intersection of 16th Street and Douglas Street. A driver of a gray SUV reportedly failed to stop at a red light and collided with another car at the intersection.
One person involved sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Citations were issued by Police at the scene.
