Crash Alert: Motorcyclist killed in crash on Rosa Parks Way in Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – According to KLKN News, a motorcyclist was killed in an accident that took place on Rosa Parks Way in Lincoln on Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities say the crash occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. when a 53-year-old motorcyclist failed to control his vehicle, crashed into the bridge’s retaining wall, and was thrown off the side of the bridge onto K Street.
The motorcyclist was killed in the accident and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say he was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
