Crash Alert: Police arrest man for multi-car crash in Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – At least one person was hurt when a suspected impaired driver allegedly caused a six-vehicle crash near 11th St and O St Friday, according to WOWT.
Edgar Aguilar-Ramos, 19, was heading west on O St when he collided with another vehicle around 3:49 p.m. The collision caused a chain reaction that included four other cars.
Authorities attempted to pull over Aguilar-Ramos, but Aguilar-Ramos drove away and struck a sixth car at 10th St and O St.
Police arrested Aguilar-Ramos and charged him with minor in possession of alcohol, leaving the scene of an injury accident, DUI, reckless driving, and no operator’s license. A blood test showed that Aguilar-Ramos had a BAC of .186.
