Crash Alert: Officials ID victim of fatal crash in West Omaha
OMAHA, NE – According to KETV, officials have released the name of the man who fatally collided with a tree at 144th St and Pacific St Sunday.
Andrew Heathershaw, 38, was driving a Toyota Corolla west on Pacific St when he strayed off the road and struck a tree around 10:15 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Heathershaw dead at the scene of the accident.
Authorities believe impairment and the lack of a seatbelt may have been factors in the crash.
