Crash Alert: Police investigate multi-car collision in Millard
MILLARD, NE – According to WOWT, a police officer was hurt in a three-vehicle collision caused by an alleged drunk driver near 144th St and L St Wednesday.
Nicolas Antonio, 38, was driving a Honda Pilot when he failed to yield while making a left turn and collided with a Ford Explorer at 8:09 p.m. The collision sent the Honda crashing into a police vehicle driven by Officer Richard Lutter.
Rescue crews transported the Honda driver and his passenger to an area hospital. The Ford driver transported himself to an area hospital.
Authorities arrested Antonio and charged him with DUI, driving with an open container, careless driving, and not having a driver’s license.
