Crash Alert: Semi-truck driver fatally collides with motorcyclist on West Dodge Rd
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, a semi-truck driver struck and killed a motorcyclist near N 132nd St and W Dodge Rd Monday.
Corey Johnston, 32, was driving a semi-truck when he was turning onto the westbound on-ramp of W Dodge Rd from southbound N 132nd St and collided with a motorcycle ridden by Ty Rannals, 22, around 6:50 a.m.
Rescue crews transported Rannals to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities cited Johnston for misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide.
