Crash Alert: Semi-truck driver injured following crash near Nebraska City

NEBRASKA CITY, NE – A semi-truck driver was injured in a fiery crash Friday, according to KETV.

The semi-truck driver, an unidentified woman, blew a tire which caused the semi-truck to go off a bridge and then catch on fire.

A Nebraska State Trooper and a bystander extricated the driver from the vehicle.

Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
