Crash Alert: Driver fatally collides with semi-truck in Eagle
EAGLE, NE – According to KETV, a driver fatally struck a semi-truck at US 34 and S 1st St on Tuesday.
Geronimo Hernandez, 43, was driving a silver Mazda CX 7 when he tried to enter US 34 and failed to yield the right of way to a westbound semi-truck.
Emergency crews pronounced Hernandez dead at the scene. The semi-truck driver was unhurt in the incident.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
