Crash Alert: Hit-and-run driver strikes woman in wheelchair on W O St
LINCOLN, NE – According to KOLN, a hit-and-run driver collided with a woman in a wheelchair near NW 27th St and W O St on Tuesday.
The driver of a white sedan hit the woman around 11:30 p.m.
Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on the woman and transported her to an area hospital. She is in critical but stable condition.
Authorities are searching for the driver who collided with the victim. They urge any witnesses to contact them.
The Lincoln Police Department is investigating the incident.
