Crash Alert: SUV driver fatally collides with 2-year-old boy in Eagle
EAGLE, NE – According to WOWT, a driver struck and killed a two-year-old boy at 6th St and E St on Sunday.
The driver hit a toddler riding a small bicycle around 2:45 p.m.
The boy’s father and multiple bystanders attempted life-saving measures on the child until rescue crews transported him to an area hospital, where he died.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident. They do not believe the driver was impaired.
