Crash Alert: Emergency crews respond to fatal auto accident on US 77 in Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – First responders were called to the scene of a deadly single-vehicle crash on US 77 near Saltillo Road on Thursday, according to KOLN.
Dalton Vorhies, 33, was driving a Chevy Trailblazer when he drove off a steep embankment at around 6:00 a.m. and was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled multiple times.
Rescue crews pronounced Vorhies dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
