Crash Alert: Troopers investigate deadly wreck on US 30 in Washington County
WASHINGTON COUNTY, NE – The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a deadly 2-vehicle collision that happened on US 30 between County Roads P34 and P15 on Thursday, according to WOWT.
Jordan Rishel was driving a Jeep Wrangler west on US 30 when she lost control of the vehicle due to icy driving conditions. She strayed into oncoming traffic, colliding with a Ford F-150 pickup truck around 7 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Rishel dead at the scene and transported two people from the Ford F-150 to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
