Crash Alert: 1 critically injured following 5-vehicle crash on US 6 in North Bluff
NORTH BLUFF, NE – According to WOWT, one person was critically injured in a five-vehicle collision at US 6 and N 112th St on Monday.
A 24-year-old was driving a semi-truck driver when they ran a stop sign and collided with a blue 2002 Hyundai around 4:20 p.m. The collision sent the semi-truck and a white Toyota Corolla into the westbound lanes. Two other cars in the westbound lanes were damaged in the crash.
Rescue crews transported the Toyota Corolla driver to an area hospital in critical condition. They treated the semi-truck driver for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation team is investigating the incident.
