Crash Alert: 1 dead following 2-vehicle crash on US 75 in Bellevue
BELLEVUE, NE – A woman died following a two-vehicle collision on US 75 near Cornhusker Rd on Jan. 26, according to WOWT.
A 26-year-old man was driving a Dodge Dakota north on US 75 when he rear-ended a Chevy Sonic driven by Ashley Jones, 52, who had slowed down while approaching a disabled semi-truck that had pulled over onto the shoulder around 6 a.m.
Jones died in the crash, and the 26-year-old man suffered minor injuries.
The Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office Crash Response Unit is investigating the incident.
