Crash Alert: Driver fatally collides with another vehicle near Dodge St Corridor
OMAHA, NE – A driver fatally collided with another vehicle on Dodge St near Saddle Creek Rd on Friday, according to WOWT.
The driver of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee was heading west on Dodge St when they hit a 2001 Ford Taurus driven by Elias Bainbridge, 43, around 10 p.m. The Jeep had the right-of-way.
Rescue crews pronounced Bainbridge dead at the scene. The two occupants of the Jeep were not hurt.
The Omaha Police Department is investigating the incident. They do not plan on charging the Jeep driver.
