UNION, NE – A man convicted for causing a deadly crash that killed four people on US 75 allegedly violated his parole, according to KETV.
Ronald Dubas, 58, was driving a pickup truck north on US 75 when he strayed into the southbound lanes and collided with a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Ashly Bracken, 21, on Jan. 31, 2022.
Bracken, Tatiyana Wade, 22, a 4-year-old, and a 5-year-old, died in the collision.
A jury found Dubas guilty of four counts of motor vehicle homicide, and he was sentenced to two years probation.
Dubas was ordered not to drive while on probation. Deputies saw Dubas driving a car into his driveway and arrested him. He has since posted bond. He will appear in court in April.
