Crash Alert: Man pleas no contest for fatal auto vs. bicycle crash in Valley
VALLEY, NE – According to WOWT, the driver accused of fatally colliding with a bicyclist near N 252nd St and Rainwood Rd on Sept. 24, 2023, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide charge on Thursday.
Dale TenEyck, 63, allegedly hit Dr. Matthew Latacha, 47, around 10:15 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Latacha dead at the scene.
TenTyck will be sentenced at 9 a.m. on May 23.
