Crash Alert: Driver fatally collides with tree on 230th St in Douglas County
DOUGLAS COUNTY, NE – A driver died after hitting a tree on 230th St, about a mile south of Edgewater Rd, on Friday, according to WOWT.
The driver of a Chevy Impala was driving south on 230th St when they strayed off the road and slammed into a tree around 11:30 a.m.
Rescue crews extricated the driver from the Impala before pronouncing them dead at the scene.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
