Crash Alert: Officials ID man who died following Douglas County crash
DOUGLAS COUNTY, NE – According to WOWT, officials have released the name of the man who died in a single-vehicle collision on 230th St, around a mile south of Edgewater Rd, on Friday.
Seth Amundson, 55, was driving a Chevy Impala south on 230th St when he strayed off the road and hit a tree around 11:30 a.m.
Emergency crews extricated AMundson from the vehicle and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Authorities do not believe speed or impairment played a role in the collision.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
