Crash Alert: Driver dies after slamming into home after wreck near Holmes Lake Park
LINCOLN, NE – According to KOLN, a driver died after a collision sent his pickup truck crashing into a home near 56th St and Cooper Ave on Tuesday.
Levi Bowman, 30, was driving a Ford F-150 north on 56th St when he collided with a Chevy Cruze near Cooper Ave around 2 p.m.
The impact sent Bowman’s pickup truck crashing into a nearby garage, ejecting Bowman from the vehicle.
Rescue crews transported Bowman to an area hospital, where he died. The Chevy Cruze driver was not hurt in the collision.
Officials estimate the collision did around $100,000 of damage to the home.
