Crash Alert: Driver fatally collides with motorcyclist near Riverview
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, a driver struck and killed a motorcyclist at 13th St and Bancroft St on Monday.
Around 4:35 p.m., a red 2015 Buick Enclave pulled out in front of Robert Rasmussen, who was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle north on 13th St. The two vehicles collided.
Rasmussen was ejected from the motorcycle in the collision.
Rescue crews transported Rasmussen to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities charged the Enclave driver for failure to yield and misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide.
