Crash Alert: 5-year-old girl, adult male injured following crash in Platte Valley
PLATTE VALLEY, NE – A 5-year-old girl and a man were hurt following a three-vehicle collision at 300th St and Pawnee Rd on Friday, according to WOWT.
A person was driving a gray Toyota east on Pawnee Rd when it was rear-ended by a black Chrysler minivan around 11 p.m. The collision sent the van to the westbound lane, where a white Dodge struck it.
Rescue crews transported the man driving the Chrysler and a 5-year-old girl from the Toyota to area hospitals.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor in the collision.
Officials have not released the victims’ names.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
