Crash Alert: Driver slams into tree near Lincoln Children’s Zoo

LINCOLN, NE – According to KOLN, a driver was hurt after they collided with a tree near Capitol Pkwy and A St on Monday.

A 20-year-old man crashed into a tree around 1 a.m.

Rescue crews transported the man to an area hospital with a serious injury.

The crash did around $7,000 worth of damage to the vehicle.
