Crash Alert: Man dies after crashing into Haines Branch Creek
LINCOLN, NE – A man died after he crashed into Haines Branch Creek, near S Folsom St and W Prospector Ct, on Monday, according to KOLN.
Max Wonka, 31, was driving on S Folsom St when he strayed off the road, drove into a ditch, went over a levee, and plunged into Haines Branch Creek around 10:20 p.m.
Wonka died in the crash. Nobody else was in the vehicle.
The Lincoln Police Department is investigating the incident.
