Crash Alert: Officials ID man who died in Downtown Omaha crash
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, officials have identified the man who died in a two-vehicle collision at S 10th St and Douglas St on Friday.
At around 1:20 a.m., a Jeep driver slammed into the back of a Subaru driven by Michael Sales, 70.
The collision caused Sales’s vehicle to crash into a light pole before catching on fire. Paramedics pronounced Sales and two children in the Jeep dead at the scene.
Three people from the Jeep were hurt in the wreck: A 33-year-old driver, a 38-year-old man, and a child. They were taken to a hospital in Nebraska.
