Crash Alert: Teen dies when driver crashes stolen car near Indian Hills South
OMAHA, NE – A teen died when a driver crashed a stolen car near S 37th St and X St on Monday, according to WOWT.
A person was driving a stolen car at high speeds when they hit a parked car before slamming into another parked vehicle around 3:14 a.m. The collision caused the stolen vehicle to roll onto its passenger side.
A 14-year-old boy was in the front passenger seat. He was partially thrown from the car during the crash.
Paramedics transported the boy to an area hospital, where he died.
Rescue crews transported five other occupants to an area hospital. They were aged between 13 and 20 years old.
The Omaha Police Department is investigating the incident.
